LAGNA AND 10th HOUSE
First of all we will assess the strength of Lagna / Lagna Lord , 10th house/ 10th Lord.
Lagna shows personal inclination of the native and 10th house shows professional inclination.
It has generally been found that the native with strong Lagna/Lagna Lord can not follow the instructions of others.Rather he prefers independence and independent decisions in his working.
Stongh 10th house/ Lord indicate strong professional position either high administrative position or high profile business.
So the native with strong Lagna/ Lagna Lord , strong 10th house/10th Lord prefers to opt for independent business or profession or high administrative position where he can take his own independent decisions.
Now how to see that Lagna/ Lagna Lord and 10th house/Lord are strong.
In addition to analysing PAC on Lagna/Lagna Lord 10th house/10th Lord, we will see whether 5 or more planets are placed from 7th house to 12th house. If so they strengthen the 10th house. We know that a planet is a friend (even temporary) of a house/planet if placed upto 3 houses away on either side of a house /planet. So the planets placed from 7th to 12th house strengthen the 10th house.
Similarly 5 or more planets placed from 10th house to 3rd house strengthen the Lagna.
In either case one prefers to opt for independent business or profession.
At the same time we will have to see which planets are placed in these houses.If Lagna Lord and 10th Lord are there, the deep inclination for independent business or profession increases many folds.
BPHS describes the Sun ,the Moon, the Mars and the Rahu as Pooran Parmathma planets.
PAC of 2 or more Pooran Parmathma planets on Lagna /Lagna Lord, 10th house/ 10th Lord is of great importance ( their dasha order is in continuous sequence).
At the same time 7th house to 12th house is visible half where presence of more and more planets high lights the actions and activities of the native and bring glory and independent name which is possible in independent business or profession only. ln case of service, the actions of the native are not highlighted in the society as he is working for someone else.
POSITION OF SATURN IN HOROSCOPE
The position of Saturn play a crucial role in deciding whether one will choose service or independent business or profession.
If Saturn is in good dignity in horoscope say in own sign or exaltation sign in Kendra or Trikona having PAC with Sun , Moon , 10th house/ 10th Lord, the native most likely prefers independent business or profession whereas Saturn not in good dignity having PAC with above planets places one to service side.
In the example chart Saturn is in dignity in his Mool Trikona sign aspecting 10th house and 10th Lord but is in 8th house. The native started his career as Gazzeted officer in Central Govt and after 8 months of service he resigned from the job and starred his own independent business which he is running very successfully.
6th HOUSE AND 6TH LORD
If sixth house/ 6th Lord is more stronger than Lagna and Lagna Lord , one may go for service
MERCURY IN HOROSCOPE
If Mercury has moved ahead and away from Sun ( out of the range of combustion deeptansh ), one opt for independent business or profession .As Mercury has moved ahead and away from Sun (out of the control of Sun) such natives prefers and opt for independent business to remain independent ( Mercury is the Karka of business)

DHAN YOGAS IN HOROSCOPE
A service holder is limited to his month end salary only. If strong Dhan Yogas are present in the horoscope, it indicates business or profession where possibilities of good earning always remain there.
So while analysing job or business , a deep analysis of Dhan Yogas should be done.
We can see relationship between money giving planets 2nd Lord , 11 th Lord , 5th lord and 9th Lord in good houses.
We should analyse Indu Lagna for Dhan Yogas. Labh Mandook Hora Chart can also be analysed for wealth.
